With the goal of changing the mortgage industry, Nationstar decided to show a more friendly face, changing the well-known brand to Mr. Cooper, meriting a process of transition that was just as friendly.
Thanks to the use of a 360 campaign for the brand’s launch, the transition of this mortgage company was a success. We were UX focused on redesigning as well as designing what we thought would give something extra to the brand.
This is how we redesigned the homepage, the marketing, support and research site, as well as built the online service area that includes the payment of mortgages, loan trackers, and loan applications.
